Local Web Express is an independent digital web-services brand operated remotely from Brazil. We serve small businesses internationally. No physical goods are shipped.
Service delivery & scope
All work is digital. Before work begins, we agree in writing on the scope, price, delivery timeline, required files or access, and payment terms. Delivery may consist of a preview link, updated website, or project files. Timing depends on the agreed scope and timely client feedback.
Cancellation & refunds
You may request cancellation and a refund of any advance payment before work begins. If work has started, we review completed work and offer an appropriate partial refund where applicable. If we cannot deliver the agreed service, we offer a correction or refund as appropriate. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected. Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method, subject to provider processing times.
Revisions & support
Revision rounds are limited to the agreed original scope. Materially new requests may require a new quote. Report issues by email. For landing-page projects, implementation bugs related to the agreed scope reported within seven days of delivery will be reviewed without additional service charges.
Payments & pricing
All displayed prices are in USD. A written quotation specifies the final amount and payment schedule before checkout. Payments are requested only through an authorized payment provider when available. We never request full card numbers by email. Additional costs are disclosed before approval.
Privacy
We use contact information you voluntarily provide by email to respond to inquiries, deliver services, and comply with legal requirements. We do not sell customer information. This site does not use advertising trackers or on-site collection forms. Email providers process messages under their own policies. To request access, correction or deletion, contact our support email, subject to legal retention obligations.
Business terms
Clients must have rights to materials and website access they provide. We modify websites only with appropriate authorization. Deliverable ownership, licenses, third-party costs and access transfer are confirmed in the written quote. We do not guarantee sales, search rankings or traffic improvements.
