These terms describe our general remote website-design and improvement services. The written quote for your project controls its specific scope, price and timeline.
Services and scope
We provide digital website fixes, website refreshes and landing-page design. The scope, deliverables, price, revision rounds, required access, delivery method and expected schedule are confirmed in writing before paid work begins. Changes outside that scope may require a separate quote.
Pricing and payment
Public prices are in USD. Website Quick Fix is listed at US$29 for one agreed issue; Site Refresh starts at US$79; Landing Page starts at US$149. Final pricing and any third-party expenses are confirmed before payment. Payment is requested only through an authorized checkout or agreed invoice. We never request full card numbers by email.
Client responsibilities
You must own or be authorized to modify the website and materials you provide. You are responsible for accurate content, necessary permissions, timely feedback, and secure provision of access. Do not email passwords; use an appropriate secure sharing method when required.
Delivery and revisions
Services are delivered digitally by updated website, preview link or agreed files. Timelines depend on the approved scope and prompt access to materials and feedback. Included revision rounds cover corrections within the agreed scope, not a new design or additional features.
Cancellation and refunds
You may request cancellation and a refund of any advance payment before work begins. Once work starts, we assess work already completed and provide an appropriate partial refund where applicable. If we cannot deliver the agreed service, we offer correction or refund as appropriate. Applicable statutory consumer rights are not limited by this policy. Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method, subject to provider processing times.
Third-party services and ownership
Domains, hosting, plugins, subscriptions and other third-party costs are not included unless specified. The written quote will clarify deliverable ownership, licenses and access handover. We do not guarantee specific sales, traffic, search rankings or conversion outcomes.

For questions, cancellations, refund requests or service issues, email luanzinfla01@gmail.com. Implementation bugs within the agreed landing-page scope reported within seven days of delivery are reviewed without additional service fees.
Applicable rules
These terms do not remove rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law. Any dispute should first be raised through our support email so we can seek a practical resolution.
