Who operates this website

Information we receive
When you email us or use our online project brief, we may receive your name, email address, business name, website URL, service selection, project requirements and reference numbers that you choose to send. If you become a customer, we may also retain communications, agreed project scope and transaction records. Please do not send payment-card numbers or unnecessary sensitive information by email.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to inquiries, provide estimates, deliver and support contracted services, maintain records, prevent misuse, and comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not sell customer information.
Service providers and international processing
Our email, hosting and Cloudflare Workers KV providers may process limited information to deliver their services. Our online project brief is transmitted to a Cloudflare Worker and stored in a dedicated KV namespace, protected by a private administrator access key. If you pay through a third-party checkout such as Stripe, payment details are processed by that provider under its own privacy terms; this website does not directly collect card details. Because our business operates remotely from Brazil and serves international clients, information may be processed across borders.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not intentionally deploy advertising trackers or behavioral analytics. The project brief form sends information to our Cloudflare Worker only when you select Submit; it does not automatically charge you. Essential hosting infrastructure may process basic technical request data, such as IP addresses and security logs.
Retention and your choices
Project submissions stored through our online form expire automatically after approximately 180 days. Separate email correspondence and business records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for a project, support, dispute resolution or legal requirements. You may request access, correction or deletion of information by emailing us; some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations.
Security and changes
We use reasonable organizational and technical measures appropriate to our services, but no online service can promise absolute security. We may update this policy as operations evolve; the current version will appear on this page.
